On arrival at Phillip Island visit the rugged surf beach of Cape Woolamai and breathe deeply what is considered the cleanest air in the world. Wander the treetop walks at the Koala Conservation Centre enjoying superb eye-level viewing of Australia’s most-loved and cuddly marsupial – and keep an eye out for resident wallabies and echidnas often be spotted in the surrounding bushland

Stroll clifftop boardwalks at The Nobbies and absorb coastal views and hear the thundering blowhole from lookout points set amongst natural sea bird gardens. As the sun begins to set, travel off-road along the rugged island coastline to spot wild wallabies and Cape Barren geese, as they graze at dusk.

Prior to the arrival of the Little Penguins, join a local ranger who will lead you on an informative journey through the penguin colony then take your seat away from the crowds in the wonderfully located beachfront viewing stand offering superb viewing of the penguins emerging from the water and crossing the beach. Your ranger will be on hand to teach you everything you need to know about these marvellous creatures as they make their back to their burrows for the night.

Dinner will be served in popular seaside village of Cowes at a favourite local restaurant serving a palette-pleasing menu that demonstrates the freshest seasonal produce the island and its surrounds have to offer.
